Guimama

Guimama Daechi is a restaurant in Seoul that serves samgyeopsal (pork belly), ogyeopsal, and pork kimchi stew. It sits behind the Daechi-dong food alley, a 10-minute walk from Exit 1 of Seolleung Station. Lunch centers on kimchi stew with plenty of meat and rolled omelette, while dinner is mainly samgyeopsal. Each table gets gamasot rice, and after the rice is eaten, water is poured into the pot to make scorched-rice water.
