Kimdoni Main Branch is a grilled-meat restaurant in Seoul that cooks Jeju black pork over charcoal briquettes. Thick cuts of black pork and fresh pork skin are eaten dipped in meljeot, with kimchi stew as the finish. Around 6:30 in the evening a wait is expected, and the owner grills the meat. The restaurant closes every other Sunday.
