Daepa Yanggopchang

Daepayang Gopchang is a Korean grilled meat restaurant in Daechi-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, where gopchang (grilled intestines) and daechang (beef large intestine) are grilled. The green onion kimchi can be eaten on its own, or the green onions and garlic can be grilled together with the gopchang. On weekday evenings between 7 and 8 p.m., staff grill the gopchang for customers. The gopchang has relatively little internal fat.
