Baeksojeong Samsung Branch

Baeksojeong Samseong is a Japanese restaurant in Samseong-dong, Seoul, serving memil guksu and donkatsu. It also offers maze-soba and udon, and the memil guksu can be ordered cold. The donkatsu has thick meat and a crisp texture, and after eating maze-soba you mix rice into the remaining sauce. The restaurant is on the second floor, where orders are placed at an unmanned kiosk.
