Aune

Aune is a budae jjigae restaurant in the Samseong-dong food alley near Samseong Station and COEX in Gangnam-gu, Seoul. The budae jjigae is boiled with sausage, ham, minced meat, and scallions, which thickens the broth the longer it cooks, and budae jeongol is also a signature menu item. The large space has been in operation for over 20 years, and on weekday lunchtimes there is a line, so arriving early is necessary for a table. The broth uses plenty of minced garlic, making the seasoning on the salty side.
