Ishiya Nihonbashi

Ishiya Nihonbashi is a dessert cafe in Tokyo run by Ishiya Confectionery, known for Shiroi Koibito. It serves pancakes, strawberry, chocolate and white parfaits, and Shiroi Koibito ice cream. Pancakes have sold out as early as 4 p.m., take about 30 minutes after ordering, and staff check same-day orders in the waiting line. The space is small, and when it fills up it gets loud enough to make conversation difficult.
