Imoya Kinjiro

Imoyakinjiro is on the first floor of 2-3-1 Nihonbashimuromachi, Chuo City, Tokyo, selling freshly fried sweet potato sticks and takeout sweet potato snacks. The freshly fried items, sold only at Nihonbashi, are fried in a mix of olive oil and rapeseed oil, and the shop also serves purple sweet potato and milk mix soft ice cream. On weekday evenings three to four groups waited five to ten minutes, and the line on holidays ran about twenty minutes. Late in the day the freshly fried items sell out.
