Hibariya

Hibariya is a small takeout shop in Tokyo selling coffee, ice cream, and bingsu, located in an alley near Tsukiji Outer Market. It serves pistachio and matcha ice cream, Hokkaido milk soft serve, and a matcha ice cream sandwich, with the matcha whisked on site. There are chairs in front of the shop to sit on, and milk can be swapped for soy milk or nut-based plant milk. The drink bottles are smaller than they appear in photos.
