Chainkan Teahouse

Teahouse Chainkan is a Chinese and Taiwanese tea house in Ningyocho, Tokyo, serving tea alongside light meals. Teas such as Dayuling and Dong Ding oolong come as study tea or pot service, with medicinal curry and lurou fan available on the side. For the first cup, staff brew the tea, and afterwards hot water is added to the pot on the table for several more rounds, while pot service pours about two cups. Prices vary by tea type and set, so a casual stop carries a cost.
