Sato Suisan Odori Park is a shop near Odori Park in Sapporo that sells dried fish, processed seafood, boxed meals, and rice balls. Salt soft-serve ice cream comes in a cone or a cup, and seafood rice bowls and onigiri can be eaten quickly. Inside there is a bar-style counter, seats facing the window, and chairs, and hojicha and green tea are available from a water dispenser. Prices are on the high side.
