JR Tower

JR Tower is a complex above Sapporo Station that holds a shopping mall, restaurants, a department store, and a hotel. Its 38th-floor observation deck sits at a height of 173 meters and offers 360-degree views of central Sapporo and Maruyama. The observation deck is reached by elevator from the restaurant floor on the 6th floor of Stellar Place, and there is also a souvenir shop and a cafe and bar. Several restaurants on the dining floor have lines.
