Cafe de Spice

Cafe de Spice is a small restaurant in an alley near the Sapporo market that serves Japanese-style spice curry and soup curry. The wagyu sinew curry has a thick sauce with meat cooked down into it, and the soup curry contains cooked vegetables such as eggplant, potato, kabocha, and broccoli. It opened in 2021 and stays open until late. Because the shop is small, it is easy to miss among the surrounding kaisendon restaurants.
