Yakitori MAKO

Yakitori Mako is a yakitori omakase restaurant in Fukuoka that grills Kyushu native chicken over charcoal. The chicken's chewy texture and juices take on the charcoal aroma. The restaurant runs by reservation, and the yakitori course unfolds slowly over more than an hour and a half. Depending on the chicken, some pieces are left red inside due to variation in grilling.
