Sushikatsu

Sushikatsu is a small counter sushi shop near Daimyo in Fukuoka that serves pan-sushi. The scallop sushi is eaten without soy sauce, the eel is grilled one piece at a time, and a cup of matcha is served at the end. The shop has been open for about 30 years and is run by one elderly woman, so orders take longer when the shop is busy, and the menu and fish cards are written only in Japanese. The portions of sushi are small.
