GyutanYaki Senmonten Yokomasa

Yokomasa is a charcoal-grilled beef tongue restaurant on Daimyo Street near Tenjin Station. It serves thick cuts of soft and hard tongue together as a mixed gyutan set meal, with oxtail soup, rice, wasabi, and pickled chili paste on the side. The chef grills the ordered tongue at an open counter in front of you, and bar seating makes it possible to eat or drink alone. The tongue and the broth are both on the salty side.
