Gangwon-do Forest Museum

Gangwon-do Sanrim Bangmulgwan is an indoor museum in Chuncheon's Hwamokwon that covers the forests of Gangwon-do. It displays taxidermy of extinct animals and fossils from different periods in Earth's history, along with a tree museum and a tropical plant house. A basement 4D theater shows children's films on a separate schedule. The exhibits are simple and focus on basic facts about forests.
