Hibiya Park Grand Concert Hall is an outdoor event venue in Hibiya Park in Tokyo that hosts live performances. It is easier to reach from Kasumigaseki Station than from Hibiya Station, and the atmosphere on the open-air stage changes at dusk when the lights come on. It opened in July 1923 as Japan's first full-scale outdoor concert hall and seats just over 3,000 spectators. Due to aging facilities, renovation work is planned and the venue will close on October 1, 2025.
