Toggle Cafe

Toggle Cafe is on the ninth floor of a hotel, a 2-3 minute walk from Suidobashi Station, and serves coffee, sandwiches, and cake. The cafe latte is strongly bitter with a lot of foam, and the Earl Grey chiffon cake comes with a generous amount of cream. The elevator opens next to the hotel front desk, where staff direct you if you say you are using the cafe, and only credit cards and QR payments are accepted. On days with events at Tokyo Dome, the cafe is very crowded with a limited menu.
