Glitch Coffee & Roasters is a specialty coffee shop in the Jinbocho alleys of Tokyo. It brews hand-drip coffee from various beans, drawing out the aromas that come from each bean's fermentation process. You can hear an explanation and smell the beans before choosing, and orders can be placed in English or Japanese. The shop is small and the seating is uncomfortable.
