Tea House Takano

Tea House Takano is a black tea specialty shop on the basement floor of a building in Kanda Jinbocho, a short walk from Jinbocho Station along Suzuran-dori toward Ochanomizu. It serves light meals such as scones and sandwiches, offers a range of black teas, and brings scones out on a warm holder. On weekdays the shop fills up about 15 minutes after its 11:30 opening, and seating is assigned according to party size. On weekends it fills up from noon, and a line forms around 2 p.m., making it hard to drink at a slow pace.
