Q Cafe by Royal Garden Cafe is a cafe and restaurant on the 6th floor of Tokyo Midtown Hibiya in Chiyoda City, Tokyo. It serves coffee, brunch, and lunch, and from the window seats the outer moat of the Imperial Palace is visible. On clear days the terrace seats look out over the Tokyo cityscape. A co-working space is attached, and cafe menu items can be ordered there as well; the venue also has table and counter seating, and portion sizes are small.
