Portal Cafe is in Kanda Sakumacho, Chiyoda City, Tokyo, and is reachable from Akihabara Station via the JR, Tsukuba Express, and Hibiya lines. It sells coffee, tea, cakes, and desserts, with chocolate banana parfait, cake, and iced matcha on the menu alongside coffee. Seating is wider than at nearby cafes, and the gaps between seats are roomy for a city-center shop. On weekday afternoons the seats can all fill up.
