Munbo Hot Pot

Munbo Hot Pot in Cheongdam-dong, Seoul serves shabu-shabu with hanwoo beef, pork jowl, and seafood. The lunch set follows the shabu-shabu with a choice of kalguksu or porridge, then a dessert such as plum sorbet. The space has high partition seating and private rooms, and side dishes are set on each table in advance. The broth is clean and light, and steamed egg and soy-marinated crab come as side dishes.
