Pairing J is a private wine dining venue in Seoul that serves course meals combining French cooking with Korean ingredients, along with wine. The chef changes the menu according to season and concept, and introduces new dishes every two weeks. Meals are served in individual private spaces, and the menu includes dishes such as scallops, gopchang (grilled intestines), and chicken breast that are not commonly encountered. Because the menu is not fixed, it is difficult to choose desired dishes in advance.
