Chuja Hoetjip

Chuja Hoetjip is a raw fish restaurant in Buldang-dong, Cheonan. It serves aged hoe as the centerpiece of seasonal course meals, along with maeuntang and wasabi muchim. Seats fill quickly, so reservations are needed, and the dining room has no private rooms and is fairly loud. Parking is difficult.
