Upo Wetland

Upo Wetland is a large natural wetland in the Yibang-myeon, Yueu-myeon, and Daehap-myeon areas of Changnyeong-gun, about a 15-minute drive from Changnyeong IC. Lotus flowers bloom in summer, and winter brings migratory birds such as geese, swans, and ducks. A children's playground and an exhibition hall sit at the entrance, and bicycles can be rented near the exhibition hall, though bicycles can only go partway. The Saengmyeongui-gil trail is about 8.4 km and takes around three hours to complete, so a short visit is difficult.
