Shabondang Nowon is a shabu-shabu restaurant directly in front of Nowon Station in Seoul, where each diner uses an individual pot. The basic broth and spicy broth come with generous portions of meat and vegetables, and the meal is eaten with cream risotto and four sauces that change the flavor. Many tables are set for two, and the spacing between seats is wide, so coming alone is not a burden, and a parking lot is available. Each person receives their own shabu pot, so the meal is eaten cleanly.
