Sanuki

Sanuki is a tonkatsu restaurant in Chang-dong, Seoul, a two-minute walk from Exit 2 of Changdong Station. The mixed katsu comes with loin, tenderloin, and chicken, and rice and vegetables can be refilled on request. The frying is crisp and tender, and the miso soup flavor stands out. The shop is small, so a wait can form, and customers eating alone cannot dine in and can only order takeout.
