Park Bo-young Gimbap

Bak Bo Yeong Gimbap is a gimbap specialty shop in Seoul that serves gimbap filled with bakgoji, gungchae, yubu, tuna, and sobulgogi. The representative menu items are bakgoji gimbap, made with chewy braised bakgoji, and rabokki, which contains plenty of cabbage and daepa. When eaten in the store, soup and crisp danmuji are served alongside. A single roll of gimbap is large enough to be filling on its own.
