Myeongin So Gopchang

Myeongin Sogopchang is a restaurant in Chang-dong, Seoul that serves gopchang (grilled intestines), daechang (beef large intestine), and makchang (beef abomasum). The gopchang is par-cooked before serving and can be ordered together with chadolbagi. Hoe and bokkeumbap are also on the menu, and delivery orders are accepted. Portions are on the small side.
