Jeju Dwaejijip

Jejudo Pork House is a pork restaurant near Changdong Station in Seoul that serves Jeju ogyeopsal and pork collar. A single order of ogyeopsal and pork collar comes to about three servings, and the meat is par-grilled before it reaches the table and eaten with salted seafood. The basic spread is lettuce wraps, doenjang soup, and a scallion salad, and the space is on the small side. Smoke rises in the narrow room while the par-grilling happens inside the restaurant.
