Gwanghae Susan is a neighborhood raw fish restaurant in Chang-dong, Dobong-gu, Seoul, serving hoe and maeuntang. In winter, the yellowtail hoe is fatty, and the raw fish is firm. A crispy buchimgae comes as a basic side dish, and the dining room stays loud because of the crowds. The portions of hoe are on the small side, and the fish themselves are small.
