Towasundubu Sujebi is a restaurant near Nowon Station in Seoul that serves sundubu jjigae and jeyuk bokkeum. Its signature sundubu sujebi contains tuna and sujebi (hand-torn dough soup), and orders of sundubu come with egg roll as a basic side dish. Regulars who began coming in their early twenties have kept returning for nearly 20 years, and the customer base grew enough for the small shop to put up its own building. When customers crowd in, the dining room tends to get loud.
