Dodam Sotbap

Dodam Sotbap is a sotbap restaurant on the second floor of Seed Cube near Changdong Station in Seoul, serving myeongnan butter corn sotbap, songhwa chadol sotbap, and jangeo sotbap. The signature dishes are songhwa chadol sotbap, which combines the aroma of songhwa mushrooms with meat, soy sauce seasoning, and myeonginanmul, along with gaji saeu twigim. Hot tea is poured into the sotbap so the nurungji can be eaten as well. There are baby chairs, and on weekday lunchtimes diners wait about 15 minutes before eating, while access inside Seed Cube is difficult.
