China Jambong

China Jjamppong is a restaurant on the second floor of a building in Seoul. Its signature dish is jjamppong, served with a broth that has a strong fire-roasted flavor and chewy, springy noodles. The open kitchen lets diners watch the cooking, and food comes out quickly. The interior is not upscale.
