Chef Mind

Chef Mind is a Japanese restaurant near Changdong Station. It serves Japanese-style aged flounder weighing over 3 kilograms as hoe (raw fish) and sushi, along with mazesoba and oden-tang. The restaurant began as a small shop and expanded to three sections inside the commercial complex. Fugu sashimi requires a reservation one day in advance, and the parking lot is small.
