Changdong Yang Gopchang

Changdong Yang Gopchang is a gopchang (grilled intestines) restaurant near Changdong Station in Seoul that specializes in grilling beef gopchang. The gopchang is grilled until golden and served with raw liver and cheonyeop, along with a special sauce made from blended onion and garlic and four other sauces. The tables are few, so a wait forms, and the meal ends with fried rice made with kkakdugi and kimchi, dusted with curry powder. The beef gopchang includes a few pieces of heart, and the gopchang flavor is not overpowering.
