Donggyeong Hoejip

Donggyeong Hoejip is a neighborhood seafood hoe restaurant in an alley behind the Lotteria near the Nonghyup in Jaesong-dong, Busan. It serves assorted hoe and assorted grilled dishes, aging the hoe and preparing side dishes and maeuntang alongside. The side dishes run from salad to gwamegi, eomuk, jeon, corn, shrimp, meongge, and haesam, and maeuntang is included. The assorted hoe has a stronger aged raw-fish flavor than the taste of just-caught live fish.
