Nikuyama

Nikuyama is a meat course restaurant in Kichijoji, Tokyo, a 10-minute walk from the north exit of Kichijoji Station. It serves a single omakase course centered on red lean cuts, grilling a block of meat and then dividing it by cut. The course brings out several cuts of beef, pork, sausage, lotus root, zucchini, and king oyster mushroom in sequence, with curry at the end. It runs entirely by reservation, so securing a seat is difficult.
