Yeonhyang

Yeonhyang is a meat restaurant in Jeonpo, Busan, serving pork belly that has been smoked over straw. The meat is par-cooked twice, then grilled by the staff at the table. The par-cooked samgyeopsal carries the smoke of charcoal and straw. Aged kimchi is grilled and eaten with the samgyeopsal.
