Wonjo Gaegeum Milmyeon

Wonjo Gaegeum Milmyeon is an old milmyeon restaurant inside Gaegeum Alley Market in Busan, serving mul milmyeon and bibim milmyeon. The mul milmyeon comes with clear chicken broth, chewy noodles, and hand-torn chicken on top, while the bibim milmyeon is served already mixed. Orders are placed at a kiosk, broth and water are self-service, and diners clear their own dishes after eating. The old alley atmosphere and the taste of memory are no longer there.
