Umaimaru

Umaimaru is a small restaurant in Busan that serves donkatsu, momil, and udon. The donkatsu comes out crispy, and momil soba, udon, and jumeokbap are ordered alongside it. It has operated in the same spot for over ten years, and waits form on weekends. The momil in the momil donkatsu set meal can be swapped for udon, and there is no parking lot.
