Sura Banjeom

Surabanjeom is a Chinese restaurant in Gayadong, Busan, serving jjajangmyeon, jjamppong and tangsuyuk. Dishes are cooked to order, which brings out the smoky heat of the jjamppong and the chewy texture of the chapssal tangsuyuk. The bulhaneun gogi jjajang comes with a generous topping of meat and is spicy, while the junghwa naengmyeon is cold and clean-tasting. Bowls of rice are free.
