Sanmaru

Sanmaru is a Chinese restaurant in Choeup, Busan, between Seonamsa and Seongjigok Reservoir. Its signature dish, Sacheon jjajang, comes with a thick, spicy sauce containing squid and shrimp, topped with a fried egg. Ordering tangsuyuk comes with free gunmandu, and leftovers can be packed for takeout yourself. The dining room has few tables, so a wait forms at mealtimes.
