Samwon Kalguksu

Samwon Kalguksu is a noodle restaurant in Busan that serves mulchong kalguksu, mandu, and bossam. The broth is clear and cool, the clams are chewy, and spicy kimchi comes on the side. Milmyeon has been added as a new menu item, and children eat the kalguksu and mandu well. The spicy kimchi is hot enough to numb the tongue.
