Saeroun Daegu Makchang

Saeroun Daegu Makchang is a Korean barbecue restaurant near Busan Baek Hospital that serves makchang (beef abomasum). The makchang arrives pre-grilled and flat rather than round, with kimchi and doenjang jjigae. During busy periods, waits are long, and kalguksu (knife-cut noodles) or noodles are eaten after the makchang. Depending on the cut, the makchang can be slightly chewy or have a gamey smell.
