Pajeon Dakgalbi

Pajeon Dakgalbi is a Korean restaurant in Yangjeong, Busan, serving dakgalbi and seafood bindaetteok. The dakgalbi is cooked in a soy-based sauce that is sweet and mildly spicy, with udon noodles or sweet potato mousse added, and fried rice eaten at the end. The dakgalbi arrives pre-cooked, so there is little risk of sauce splattering on clothes, and one fried egg is served per person. There is no parking lot.
