Matkal

Matkal is a kalguksu (knife-cut noodles) restaurant in Busan’s Danggam Market. It serves hand-pulled kalguksu, sujebi (hand-torn dough soup), and perilla-seed sujebi, with chewy noodles. The dishes can be eaten with Cheongyang chili peppers or seasoning sauce, and paying in cash qualifies for a discount. Kimbap is better ordered separately rather than with kalguksu.
