Kkotmareum is a buffet-style restaurant in Busan that serves shabu-shabu, Vietnamese wrap rice, and a salad bar together. The meal works by boiling the shabu-shabu and helping yourself from the salad bar alongside it. The salad bar has many items and the store is kept clean. The basic shabu-shabu meat portion is small.
