Kkangtong Galbi

Kkangtong Galbi is a Busan barbecue restaurant serving charcoal-grilled saenggalbi and marinated galbisal. The meat is grilled over charcoal and served with naengmyeon (cold noodles). Doenjang jjigae and naengmyeon (cold noodles) are also available. The saenggalbi has a texture that ranges from tender to rubbery and tough.
